To use this, you will create tags for all the regions you create in your story as well as tags for who is in your story and 'when' in the timeline. So each tag should correspond to something useful. My advice is not to let the tags overwhelm you. Keep it simple. This is a version of storyboarding, so you can write in events you know you want and then drag them around to fit your needs.
